Although quantity of my training is less than my younger days, I still train 7 hours a week almost  throughout the year with better quality and more sensibly. My training covers 3 fitness elements of  muscular strength, flexibility and cardio. The secret of slowing down the aging process is to stimulate your body and brain regularly by being active along with a sensible well balanced diet. I strongly believe in "practice what you preach" and "action rather than what is heard or written". Action can truly tell you the result of your karate-do.  Keeping up the balanced training with quantity, intensity and accuracy will lead you to the high level of fitness and matured refined skills even at the age of 60.
